LFG&E, International is a landfill
gas and environmental products company, manufacturing
products for the reclamation of land used for landfills.
They wanted to provide their clients,
mainly municipalities, quick and easy access to their
product descriptions, instead of having them wait for
their information packet to arrive by mail.
LFG&E, Inc. turned to their design
agency for a solution. After developing the main page
design for the site, the designer turned the project
over to Cast Shadow for the remainder of the design
work, as well as the information input, online form
programming and site programming.
Working from the initial design, Cast
Shadow adjusted the main page design to format to the
web, then started on the page layout design. As this
would be a largely informational site, Cast Shadow needed
to create a very simple, yet graphically pleasing look
that would load very quickly.
After receiving client approval
on the design, all pages were programmed for the site,
including "Under Construction" placeholders
for the pages where content would be entered later,
in order to upload the site to the web to establish
their presence quickly. |
